Austin Shakespeare will transform Beatles original compositions in an intimate cabaret setting with piano, acoustic bass, and some of Austin’s best Jazz and Soul performers!

The wonderful Dan Redner (Ella Fitzgerald Songbooks) will return as music director and play Parker Jazz Club’s Steinway grand piano. Queen of Jazz Pamela Hart (Ella Fitzgerald Songbooks, A Night of Ellington/Strayhorn, Songs of Rodgers and Hart) returns to give her jazz interpretations of Beatles songs; Roderick Sanford debuts with Austin Shakespeare to provide his deep, rich vocals; Ange Kogutz appears for the first time bringing her funk/jazz influence to the show; and Jimmy Blazer rounds out the performers on bass.

This will mark the 12th appearance of Austin Shakespeare at Parker Jazz Club. These casual fundraisers are the perfect way to spend a Sunday evening while supporting the productions and education programs of the company.
